My daughters Tarago (this is a Australian name 7 seater van) Has a noise and vibration while braking. She has allready spent a bit of money trying to solve it but has been unsuccesfull to date.

I am posting here in the hope that someone may have had a similar problem.

So here is what we know.

Brake pads are all good

Rotors have been machined so should be fine. But we suspect that one of them was reinstalled incorrectly which may have caused some damage but we can't be shore. Currently installed correctly.

ABS, I have removed the fuze and driven the car with no change. So we should be able to rule that out.

Well that's a start. Please have a quick look at the linked video I did today and let me know what you think?

Thanks in advance for any any light you may be able to shed.

Sounds like seriously warped discs/rotors to me..it's by far the most usual cause for the symptoms you have..I assume the calipers have been checked and ok.?

Hi Mate

Did you ever find the cause of this. I have a Tarago 2009 with the exact thing.
