2017 Prius V CD player malfunction

The CD player on my 2017 Prius V reads "disc error" on perfectly good CDs.

Is there a way to clean the laser lens or figure out the cause?

Known as Prius+ in Europe.

Which mu!timedia system do you have - Entune or Touch 2?

Moved to the Prius club.

There were CD cleaning discs available a few years back that had a small brush on the disc to clean the lens, not sure if they're still available though.
