New to Toyota so - loving the car so far. Ordered a Corolla 2.0 before lockdown, finally delivered last week.

Apologies if this has been asked before. Does anybody know how to display this on drivers display.

I don't think you can, unless the dash has changed a lot since the 2019 version. As far as I know UK spec Corollas only have the one central display area:

That is the equivalent of what your photo shows. Several other 'pages' are available but they all appear in the central area. The tacho (left) and fuel gauge/engine temp (right) are always visible.

Hi mate, I’m afraid that display is on the GR Sport only. I know this as I have an Excel and it’s digital or analog only.

For Estonian specs, this so called 3D Display is for Luxury Plus only (the high-end spec model) so my car has 3 options: analog, digital and this "3D display". What makes it 3D are the 3 rings that have extra layer of class and/ or the rings are "carved in" into instrument cluster "glass" so when You move Your head You can see the inside (temperature, total avarage and miles left) moving, but the glowing rings stay put.
