Brake pedal strange noises

Hello,

I have such problems when starting up my car (see video). When I press and release the brake pedal, I hear strange noises. Does anyone know why such noises arise?

Noises are always difficult to diagnose from videos... all I could suggest would be to lift the bonnet and see if the noise is coming from the ABS pump assembly. I assume no warning lights are lit.

As well  as the ABS unit, look around the brake servo unit and its hoses, brake cylinder and reservoir.

Might be worth lubricating the brake pedal bushes /spring etc, though watch out for the brake lights switch

Mine were down to calliper pins seized but it took ages to diagnose. Make sure the pads move freely on the guide pins. A new set of pins front and rear sorted it for me
