toyota rav 4 Toyota DRT-H61A Drive Recorder

Hello colleagues, I have a 2012 clan Toyota rav 4 from japan. It cam with the above drive recorder mounted on the windscreen .Cables are disconnected & a cable appears to be cut from it Kindly guide me on how i can get the drive recorder working again. what do i need to buy and how do i connect to what see attached pics
