1.8 Verso stuttering and holding in when accelerating

I have a strange problem with my 2009 1.8 Toyota Verso with 174.000km.

At irregular moments, the car is quite slow when accelerating. This takes place with a warm engine and, as mentioned, is irregular. The car often drives just fine. When stuttering, it feels like something is completely squeezed. Sometimes it also shocks. Above 4000 rpm it does it normally. Letting go of the gas and then accelerating again often helps. Then the car will work normally again, but the next time you have to accelerate it could be the same again.

I fill up with Super/E5 petrol, 2x Wynns injector cleaner has not helped and I have already replaced the air filter and cleaned the throttle body.

Anyone further ideas? Thank you!
