Sign recognition stuck on 70

As I was driving through town this morning I noticed the sign recognition symbol was stuck on 70. I had been driving in a built up area for at least 15 minutes so I'm not really sure how long it had been showing 70 for.

It eventually cleared and went back to showing 30 some 15 minutes later and has been OK since. Has anyone had or seen this at all before?

I might speak to my Toyota dealer about it, as mine reads whatever it likes. I've turned it off as currently it's about as useful as a chocolate fireguard.
