Oil Change On The Mr2

Which oil should i use when changing the oil in my 2?

fully synthetic? half synthetic? 10/40? give me the whole description and what brand you recommend please :)

I use Castrol GTX Magnatec, but I guess a fair few of the guys (and gals) will be using Mobil 1 or something of that ilk.

If it's a tubby, I'd recommend going the fully synthetic. An nasp will be able to get away with a decent semi synth.

IMHO I'd go for the best oil you can possibly afford!
