Just been out to get one. As we go on Thursday to Holland. To be told that they don't stock them now as you don't need one anymore. Anyone know if this is true?

We have always used oneover the last couple of years.

Ta for any help with this.

Got a feeling when they see the steering wheel on the other side of the car and you're on the wrong side of the road, they might guess. ;)

As far as I know its like this - If your car has numberplates with the GB euro flag on them then a white GB sticker is not required.

If you don't have this then you must wear a GB sticker.

Found this: Linky and it says that yep you must display a GB sticker in Holland unless the numberplate has it already applied

i got mine from Halfords when i went to germany in january,

got the one that sticks onto your window and peels off easy.

you still need one if you have not got the euro plates.

Personally didn't think you needed them anymore, wasn't required last time I went to Belgium through France (and getting lost and into germany)....

I never bother with noe as it's more work to clean the sticky bits off the car when you get home, you shouldn't get pulled for not having one :D
