I Hope some one has a good way of getting rid of the smell of cat pi*s out of my wifes car as the cat left his mark when he went up to the vets the other day.

I've been Googling (can't touch you for it  ).

Apparently a solution of 1 part vinegar to 4 parts water will do the trick. I'm not sure if that leaves much of a vinegary smell but I know which I'd prefer.

Baking soda on the offending area. Leave for a while then hoover it up.

Try asking at a pet shop for what products they recommend.

Oh and a link... clicky

Hope that helps.

Perhaps crush some cat litter up, rub gently into the upholstery and leave to soak up then hoover. Might do the trick?

The vinegar will work.. But use white vinegar (Clear) The smell of vinegar will last a day or two but it will get rid of the cat smell. My mum swears by the stuff.:thumbsup:
