My 2.4 Tdi Hilux Wont Start Help

hi everyone have 2.4 tdi 1993 just had head skimmed valves grinded ect,put all back together to find out pump valve gone,glowplug recisterdead,anyway fitted new tried to turn over wont start wants to but wont,checked timming looks ok timming marks allined,tried easystart nearly turned over but didnt it is now doing my head in cant think wat to do help please need to get back on road feels like legs choped off :(

There's probably some air in the fuel lines.

Have you pumped the plunger on top of the fuel filter housing a number of times until resistance is felt?

download from here http://www.toyotasurf.asn.au/techsite/downloads.htm an articles. Check step by step and this site should help. Check that your your injection pump working at all. If U didn't touch injec. pump and took off only injectors fuel system should work well. Did your vacuum hoses are in correct way? (the sam power cable goin to mainfold)
