Hi, does anyone know if it's possible to switch off the dimmer facility on my Satnav, so that when I turn on the lights during daylight ( rain - road spray etc ) I don't lose the ability to read the screen easily ? T3 Spirit 2004.

Hi Gez,

I found my display on the dash and sat nav going a little dark when I switched the lights on in day or night too. To adjust the brightness of the display you fiddle with the trip meter re- set button on the dash. Press it till the little display shows horizontal lines and then press the button briefly to adjust up until the display is bright enough. The manual gives better instructions than I could of course. That made the display bright enough to see whatever the weather.

Hope that helps.

Paul.
