The Motor Ombudsman service replaces Motor Codes and becomes the industry's official automotive dispute resolution body, protecting owners and holding to account those businesses signed up to its Codes of Practice.
It is a free service and covers most major dealer groups.
Covers issues such as car rejection, poor quality repairs, etc and applies after issues have failed to be resolved after an eight week period.
