Air Conditioning

didn't get a manual with my 04 avensis, and need a little help figuring out the air conditioning. chiefly, what is the dual button for?

The Dual Button enables the passenger to set their own temperature. i.e.if it is switched off, then the Air is for the driver only

Dual = Dual Zone.... a zone each for the driver and the front seat passenger which means different temperatures can be set for each side

If you turn it off then both sides get the same :)

My SO loves it, so I can use ice cold Air/C mode on my side and She can CrankUp her side like an oven, the only drawback is for passengers on the rear seat.
