Central Locking

Dear All,

I have a couple of issues with the central locking which I hope someone can help with, The 1st one is I can not lock or unlock the doors using the button next to the window switch on the drivers side door panel. Seems to have died totally not sure if this is a problem with the switch or something else altogether.

2nd one when I lock the car using the remote key fob the doors lock but the indicators no longer flash. When opening the car using the remote key fob they open and the indicators do flash. Any ideas where I should start with this one?

My car is a 54 Reg Yaris Blue 1.3 5 door

Its all down to Gordon Brown. Its all his fault. It'll be sorted after the general election next year....
