Apprenticeship Suggestions?(In Scotland)

Hi, I'm 16 and I'm going to finish school in June. I want an apprenticeship in a garage that specializes in car tuning. I am a very huge car enthusiast however the problem is that i can't find any garages around my area that specialize in car tuning. I live in Renfrew(In Scotland) so anywhere local would be ideal however i am willing to travel to Glasgow if their is a good garage their. Can anyone please give me suggestions as to what garage i could get an apprenticeship with?

There are 2 garages that I respect - The Garage (Wishaw) Ltd who specialise in Jap cartuning; and GI Motorsport in Kilmarnock. The folk in Motherwell may be interested if you can convince them you are really keen.
