hi

Can someone help i am going to replace exhaust as it is blowing. it has the original exhaust system from toyota(jap model) what is the difference with the "Not OBD system" and the "OBD system" and what do they mean? and which do i need?

Am i going to have to cut the centre pipe after the cat. Is that correct?
