Wire 3.5Mm

Hey guys, I want to wire in a 3.5 mm audio jack to connect my phone to my head unit. The unit is a w58814. I have read that I can do this through the cd changer port but need some help. If anyone knows how to do it for this model that would be ideal, however I will be able to use a writeup from a similar model and get the pinout for my unit. Just to make myself clear, I am aware that I can buy pre build units and interfaces but I don't want to do this. I want a diy job and am capable of doing this. Thanks guys, Tommy
