The new Consumer Rights Act 2015 comes into force on 1st October 2015.

Legislation replaced by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 is:

1. Sale of Goods Act,

2. Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations, and

3. Supply of Goods and Services Act.

The changes will also introduce clearer remedies and timeframes for you to claim a refund, repair or replacement on faulty or unsatisfactory goods and poor services.
