Hi, I've just joined the stie. Four years ago I bought a 1999 AE111 Corolla Wagon which had a 4AGE 20 valve silver top 5 speed manual transmission. It is the best decision I have made since owning vehicles. it was in an accident 8 years ago but the previous owner did not jack the chassis but changed all the bent parts and repainted the car. its now showing signs of rust after 17 years. i've upgraded to the 20 valve black top and installed rear discs, abs, multi speed intermittent wipers and push button AC. The car works great, low fuel consumption, it rides nice and pulls like a race car when you pressthe accelerator. i've done 87560 miles since the purchase and will continue to keep it up. I do not have a lot of time to post these days but I'll post as often as possible. :yahoo:
