2012 Aygo Go Satnav issue

My last car was a 2012 Aygo Go with the built in Tomtom. I once removed the Tomtom and original head unit to fit my own head unit knowing the Tomtom would not work but I was not too bothered by this.

Sometime later I refitted the original head unit and Tomtom to sell the car in its original state but the Tomtom would not speak aloud through the car Speakers as it did originally but my local dealer sorted this for me.

We had the same model car in our workshop today where the Tomtom would not work when docked in its mount but did work out of it. I removed the radio mounting/Tomtom mounting to find the wiring harness from the Tomtom to the back of the radio had been unplugged so plugged it back in and it now works without sound as per the issue I had.

Does anyone know of a reset or procedure to sort the issue please.
