Park and Go App

Hi There,

I was wondering if anyone can advise me about the park and Go App.

I purchased this app from the e-store and it does starts up alright but the icon for adding route guidance always remains greyed out.

It will allow me to set my phone number and the time in which to send a reminder to that number.

It then tells me that that the message will be sent to the chosen number but unfortunately the message never arrives.

Is there anything that I am missing?

Know nothing about the app so just theorising but have you used the full phone no.incl. country code?

Yes I have entered the complete phone no. even tried three different numbers but sadly none seemed to work.

The app was already in the satnav when I bought it so all I did was go to the e-store and purchase the activation for €5.95.

After that it allowed me to enter the phone no. and  the time to send the message but the add route guidance button is always greyed out.

I can't find a link to download the park and go app onto a usb stick so as to transfer it to the car that way just in case what is on the sat nav is corrupt in any way.

daft question perhaps but does your car have satnav ("Go") installed?

Have you tried contacting Toyota Customer Service (in the UK they are good, don't know about RoI)?

Hi,

Yes it is a touch 2 with go.

I have contacted Toyota customer service Ireland and they replied to say that they passed the issue on to the technical team. "They will revert in due course" but that was back in September.

I could try contacting Customer service UK to see if they can help.
