Hallo to every one,

Concerning the new AYGO (mk2).

I'm trying to find a pin or a cable which carrys on an ''Engine running'' electrical signal in order to operate a relay.

Does anyone know where could it be located?

You could use a 12v relay connected to the wiring for the power/cigarette lighter socket.

sure it is not activated turning the key switch?

I want it to be activated only with the engine on.

Ok, you could tap into the DRL power feed, as long as you are using a relay with low current draw.

They (DLR) are going off when we turn on the night lights (while the engine is running).

Do you mind me asking, what your objective is with the relay and engine running?

I want the head beam and fog lights go off  while we turning off the engine (only position lights stay on)

Making a second thought, there is no meaning of making this (engine running) because if I use the option you suggested (power/cigarette lighter socket)

the job will be done.

Meanning that when the key switch does to off position (engine stop) then the lights I want to control will be off.
