Help With Picture Please Pc Cleaver People!

Hi guys, can somone please help me as i have got a picture that i really like, the problem is that it was take on a very rubbish camera and its very 'grainy', can anybody please tell me a way of cleaning it up or is it imposible???

you cant simply add quality to a photo, ever get a better camera or expensive editing software

Most photo manipulation packages can Improve a picture slightly....

It all depends how bad the original is though.

But, as Vmail said, if you want real quality, then you should really aim to achieve it from the camera, rather than trying a bail out with software.
