Fitting An Alarm

Before i pay someone to fit an alarm on my GS, would it be easy to fit one myself? has anyone fitted one themselves?

if you can fit a radio, then you can fit an alarm

alarms should be fitted by pros and you thatcham approval will also be valid

the toad ai606 is fitted by most places for less than 300 quid and is a qualty Cat1 system

i can fit a radio. Not sure about a CAT1. How much does it reduce insurance roughly?

fit an alarm... choping into vital circuits within the cars loom and circutry

some how its not as easy as a stereo!

The difference to your insurance depends on the company! Some offer reductions, others don't at all, because these days alarms are 90% of the time ignored, so they are pretty useless!
