i have had a look on a website and i fancy some wheels.but i was wondering would 17x8 on a +35 offset on 215/40/17 rubber wud it rub on tein coilovers??

Probably, 8" wide is far too wide for the Yaris!

definatly, specially with 35 offset, itd probably protrude from the arches lol

I personally wouldn't go to 8J.. 7.5J is pushing it too.. and 215 tyres will require arch modifications. An offset closer to ET45 (42 being best option) would get the wheel further under the arch. I would go for 7Jx17 et42, with 205/40x17 tyres.
