Picnic Immobiliser

I have only one key with my Toyota picnic and when i went to have another one cut the Toyota dealer said that as the key was a valet key they could not cut one off it and I would need a master key. I would have to have a new immobiliser unit fitted and ignition lock set at the cost of around £400. I have now found a locksmith who is able to add another key by resetting the immobiliser unit..

However I have to take the immobiliser unit to him, so can anyone tell me where this unit is sited on the picnic and what does it look like.

update. I have found another locksmith who cloned my valet key for less than £60 and it works fine :D :D :D
