Silly question but I don't spose anyone knows what sort of Experian score you would need to be accepted for finance on a 2nd hand car from a dealer ?

Hi Ryan,

As I'm a Business (Finance) Manager for a dealership I would submit a finance proposal on your behalf & see if you would be accepted? Up to you mate but email me if your interested.

Cheers,

Cieran

Get a finance offer from the dealer the go to your bank, they will more than likely beat it, then try the dealer again. It worked for me when I got the celica and saved me shedloads.

Did the same with the roadster, this time the bank got the business.

would be interested but just want to check, by submitting the proposal wouldnt that automatically drop my credit rating ?

every time a credit search is carried out your experian rating drops.

biggest prob is i have moved to a friends house to house sit so no bills in my name apart from mobile and bank, only started with this company 2 months ago which is not looked greatly upon by most finance companies etc, would not be loking for much as would prolly try and buy something cheap from a dealer....
