Can You Recommend Good Seat Covers

I'm looking for good quality seat covers for an Avensis Vermont which has cloth seats.

I'm always worried about seat covers looking cheap by not fitting correctly and looking like seat covers rather than giving the impression of being that actual seat... did that make sense?

You will have to excuse my ignorance on your model of car but does it have air bags in the seats

If so you may not be able to fit covers

you can get seat covers that have been designed/tested/approved for use with seat airbags.

So does any one have any seat cover recommendations then? As I will be needing to be buying some shortly when I pick up the new motor (well new to me any rate).

Cheers Si

It's a possibility that Toyota might sell some, but to be honest, i've never really seen the point in covering up the seats to protect them if you never get to see them because there covered up? A bit like putting bin liners over the living room carpet to stop it getting dirty never to see the carpet underneath.

I know what you mean. I only put them on when I am out at the weekend getting wet and mud covered mountain biking, kayaking or some other dumb outdoor sport. Means If I want/need to I can just jump straight in to the car and go whilst being covered in mud or being dripping wet without worrying about getting the seat messed up and having damp seats for the rest of the week. Driving to work on a monday and realiseing as you get out the car at the office that the seat was damp and you now look like you have pee'd yourself not the best way to start the working week.

PM me and I'll send you an email link to a reputable company - I've tried to post their website address here but for some reason I'm unable to do so.

I bought a set for my Avensis 55 Plate from this company and although expensive, they do fit perfectly and compliment the interior of the car.
