hi there i have a 1995 rav4 and i find that its only doing around 18 mpg the engine drives and runs ok the only fault that ive found is that is i hold the revs stationary at about 2000rpm the revs hunts up and down thanks wizal

I had this on a Nissan with a similar setup. Check all the little rubber hoses on the engine for splits. One of them may be allowing air in messing up the mixture.
