Could anyone help me with ECU repair?

I found a faulty VRV valve circuit which burned one semiconductor in my d4d ECU.

It is a transistor number T701. It is badly burned. I can only see letters "ACI" on it :o

I will be grateful to anyone who can tell me what transistor model it could be :)

a photo of this ECU or a similar one could help too...
