came off toyota mr2

all for the lovely price of ten pounds

fresh from the breakers yard

will upload picture in time

all fited now but !Removed! hell it was hard takeing original 1 off any body else had the same problem

not really looking good is alot better than safety lol

Yes but you might not look so good if you have an accident where an airbag would have inflated :(

Make sure that you inform your insurance company that you have removed a vital safety feature :rolleyes:

have a look at a few threads back......kangzys accident photos new car with a 4ncap rating.....hes lucky he had airbags think twice. You also must inform insurance company if you remove airbags.

Sounds like a good deal to me! :yes:

The others are right though, declare it, and make sure you really think it's a good idea to have no air-bag.

You risk a possible ££££ of surgery for a tenners worth of fabric and metal. I have an after-market steering wheel too and I love it, so I don't think about the air-bag. Mainly because I never had one in the first place! :P

Many insurers now take the view that if you fail to notify them of any mods to your car (especially those which involve safety equipment) you have effectively broken the terms of your insurance policy thus making it null and void - that means uninsured. Better still every other law abiding motorist gets the privilege of coughing up around £40 extra each year to cover such irresponsible behaviour.:)
