Toyota Townace No Cold Start Misty Conditions

My fuel injected 2 litre petrol townace will not start in misty windy conditions ( altogether too common where I live). The motor turns over fine with a healthy spark from all leads. When the weather dries out she starts fine and continues even in horrendous conditions. But in the morning if misty it fails to start again. Have tried spraying with CRC but no success. It has miles of electrical bits that run the fuel system . I suspect it could be one of these components. But which one.
