Power Window Motor

Recently my Power window motor/regulator took a crap on my 2001 Acura 3.2 TL. Changin it wasnt too bad of a job. I had a few problems tho, I had trouble finding the motor/regulator combo. Made me think of my MR2, my motors are getting kind of weak and very slow... i mean it is 19 years old lol... Is this an easy and cheap fix, anyone done it? I know its not the same setup, the MR2 has a gear setup instead of what my acura has... anyone ever done this??
