Flat Battery & Satnav Fault

After replacing the Battery on my '04 Avensis, the language setting appeared on the TNS300ETA screen. I reset it to English and miles, but found that the L/H screen will only show Kilometers whereas the R/H navigation screen shows miles and yards and the voice instructions are also OK in imperial units. I have tried resetting many times and wonder if anyone has an answer to this glitch. I'm reluctant to disconnect the Battery because of the hassle in resetting radio and power windows, but if that's necessary then fair enough, unless someone can tell me where there is a fuse I can remove in order to disconnect the satnav ( the owners manual is vague to say the least ).
