Buzzing Sound From Engine

Hello All

Afteer disconnecting the Battery on my 98 1.6 liftback there is now a constant buzzing noise from the area around the drivers side front of the engine bay.A rapid clicking noise can be heard as well .

Is there a fuse that i pull to stop it .

Any help appreciated

Did you remove anything else? Sounds like a spark occuring due to bad grounding.
