Turning Over But Not Starting!

Hi guys. Yes, I'm new.

Just brought a Gt Starlet! But there's one problem - It turns over but it won't start! =(

The lady I brought it off said that she had a friend mechanic look at it quick. He tested all cylinders(They all have pressure). It is getting fuel through to the engine. It's not the dizzy...so what could it be? A map senser???

Any ideas?

I had the same problem once, it was as simple as the timing being out by two teeth on the camshaft drive pulley.
