i've got trd, its easier to fit.

Did you find much improvement overal on the gear change ??

yeah, its a lot shorter and feels more precise.

I think the major difference comes from the bushings and not so much the shifter itself.

I have installed the TTE quick shift. Shorter and preciser. In the beginning it was a little stiff till I replaced the shift cable bushings with bronze ones. Now it is also very light to move. I think its worth the money as the OEM one is too vague...

TRD myself and have had it a good while now would recommend it but i do like the feel of a TTE being stiffer but its down to preference ideally you should try before you buy

I used to have the TRD one fitted and yes, it was shorter and more precise, but I also found it too heavy. I ran it for about 2 years and finally gave up on it and put the original shifter back in, and I am probably the only person out there that prefers it in-spite of the more spongy feel lol.
