Fascia Plate For 53 Plate Phase 2

Hi can anyone help? I am fitting an after market stereo (single din) into a phase 2 53 plate Yaris, and need to know if this is the right fascia? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/CT24TY06-Facia-Plate-Toyota-Yaris-2003-2006-/160481418751?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_FasciaPlates_SM&hash=item255d701dff PS how do these fascia's fit do they fit to the old metal frame? Also did this model Yaris only come with a grey inertia?
