First Service Done....

Hi, just got the car back after its first service, when I had the upgrade to the brakes done I got £50 voucher towards a service, the total bill paid was £98.25, listed on the bill is, a "environmental charge" cost £4.50.......what on earth is that, and it was washed and the inside cleaned.........so all in all, satisfied................... and they did check the squeak from the brakes, they say NSR, clean and recheck. so we will see.......................................

The "Environmental Charge" is normally to cover the disposal of the used engine oil

"Environmental Charges" have been levied by garages for quite a few years in order to save the planet, prevent polution, and boost profits
