Hello Toyota folks!

I'm driving a 2007 Toyota Auris T4D, and had bluetooth added as an optional extra.Consequently, I do not have instructions in the manual on how to pair my phone, or how to make handsfree calls, etc. Could someone kindly provide step by step instructions on how to do this,and access commands if at all possible, please? I use a Blackberry Curve, and am just about about to get an iphone4. Are these compatible?, and if not what and where do I need to go to find out?
