I have noticed the rear window or my 60 Blue has been scratched, it very thin about 1.5" long, can't believe it's too new :(

Ah well guess I need to get over it! Not much I can do now, not sure new cars are worth the worry lol!!!!!

Regards, and Thank You!

Oh no! I get annoyed when I see the slightest scratch on my Aygo and it's 4 years old... so I can imagine it must be terrible considering yours is so new! I think you can probably get it repaired though, and you won't necessarily need an entirely new window! Might be worth having a look on Google or in the Yellow Pages to see if there are any windscreen specialists near you, even if it's the back window. Hope you get it sorted!

I've had some success using jewelers rouge, i had a windscreen wiper scratch on another car , most of it came out but trust me its !Removed! hard work,i guess i could a bought a drill attachment but i done it by hand, as the glass can discolor if you cut into it to much. i bought this rouge off eBay, little red packet of powder you mix with water or as i done mixed it with T-cut to make a paste.

If it make you feel any better i scratched the rear hatch glass on our AYGO and i was only using a rubber scraper to clear the dew off! the only conclusion i can draw is its the quality of the glass is not very good :(

If it's not too deep then this could remove it. http://www.performancemotorcare.com/cgi-bin/sh000001.pl?REFPAGE=http%3a%2f%2fwww.performancemotorcare.com%2facatalog%2fAbout_Us.html&WD=repair%20scratch%20glass&PN=Windscreen_Scratch_Repair_Kit.html%23aPMC00750#aPMC00750.

They also sell a more expensive kit for deeper scratches.

Similar stuff is also available on eBay, have a look there.
