hi all newbe here got a issue with my rav4 its a 1997 2.0l and it doesn't start i have had look at spark which i have got when cranking, then fuel side which i have got up till injectors and thats where i am stuck with no fuel being injectored on crank checked voltage at injector ignition off 12v ignition on 0volts and it shows to 0.14volt when cranking. i have a code of 99 when i bridge E1 and TE1 any help would be accepted :help:

now got voltage to injectors when cranking and it's 12volts. but still no start could this be immobiliser or could it be cam or crank sensor any info would be greatful.
