Hi all,

I have a 1992 Standard Celica GT4 Carlos Sainz. I have been thinking about changing the wheels and have been looking at some 8x17 rims. Is this too large for the car?

Also is it worth getting an induction kit and decat pipe followed by a boost to say 1 bar to keep it safe?

Induction kit is extremely recommended on turbo'd engine - the results are impressive... Exhaust also a good first mod.

As for the wheels, i have no idea. Try taking it to a shop selling the wheels and ask them to fit/test them for you?

Boost sounds good. i'd imagine you could go higher than 1 bar, but don't take me at that, best to check first.
