I recently bought a 1989 MR2 this is an import.Somebody had previously removed the original steering wheel and changed to a sporty one and removed some electronic components. I have been told by Toyota the part needs to be bought as one unit at roughly £700 but they cant tell me which bit is missing. One of the bits I'm left with is part no 84317-22020

199500-0131 it has a five pin plug that goes into it and it is mounted directly under the steering column with 3 light sensitive sections.Does anybody know anything about it please ?
