Hard To Get Into Second When Cold

I just had a brand new 190mm clutch fitted and this morning I got into drive and getting into second was like pushing through a brick wall.

It will eventually get in, it doesn't crunch just sort of pops.

After a few minutes of driving it goes back to normal. The slightly notchy but fine gear change.

Every other gear is as it was.

Is it just going to take some time for the clutch to adjust?

I don't have new clutch, but I have the same problem changing in to second gear... I have had it since my car was new...

It's totally fine now. Must've just been the clutch adjusting.

I've always found the Aygo gearbox to be fairly notchy anyway.

The only hard shift is 1st to 2nd but it's noway near as bad as it was just after clutch installation.

It's back to how it used to be which is fine.

this happened to me last year had to get the gear linkages replace. Now it doing the same again once its warmed it its not as bad but still really annoying! took it to the garage today and need a new water pump :(
