Clutch Noise

Hi All, as any body had a loud creaking noise when depressing the clutch pedal (engine running or stood)? Noticed it tonight, but can only hear it with the door open so its not my knees lol. Any help appreciated. Rav 4.2 D4D 2005.

its the clutch fork mate nothing to worrie about just more annoying than anything else

Thank god for that, is there anyway to quieten it down?. A bit of grease in the right place may be?.

you can try spraying grease down the back of the clutch fork while some one pushes the pedal
