Induction Mod To 6th Gen St205

I'm thinking of fitting an induction kit to my 6th Gen St205 Celica, i've never done anything like this before so has anyone got any suggestions on which kit would be the best one to get? How difficult is it to fit? How much could I expect the performance to improve? All comments welcome.

It's very easy to do, simply pull off the top of the airbox, undo everything you can find inside and undo the dump valve from the side of it (round black thing). You need to get a specific ST205 kit, I'd recommend the Apexi one - I think www.whifbitz.co.uk do em at a good price, around 105 plus VAT. Once you have removed the airbox it's pretty simple, just connect the induction kit to the s-shaped 75 mm black tube from the turbo, connect the other 2x 15 mm lines to the relevant ports on the ind kit, then stick the air temp sensor in the hole - the instructions will be in Japanese but it has pics :D
