Jbl Cassette Problem

I have a 99 Solara SLE with a JBL sound system. Inserted a cassette and it played for a while. Next time, no play and no eject. Radio quit but CD works fine. Thought it was a fuse but only found the RAD2 fuse in the dash. No clue if there is a RAD1 or where it might be. If the volume is turned up, it sounds like a radio with no antenna (white noise). Can't get the cassette out. Any help on what to do to remove the cassette and get the radio to start working would be appreciated. Tulsa Solara
