Imported Rav4 3 Door From Australia

Hi everyone

I am importing my RAV4 3 door from Australia and need to change the spec slightly to UK standards, I need a rear fog light fitted and a sticker that shows both Miles and KM's. Having rung Toyota in London to no avail, and googled for some hours, I came across this forum, and hope that someone can help me.

My two questions are - where do you get these stickers or new dials, and/or who can fit them, and does anyone know a decent mechanic or garage who can fit the rear fog lamp, been quoted £200 so far from Toyota to fit the lamp, which seems excessive.
